Leadership & Team Strategies was founded by Randall Thacker, a leadership trainer and coach, who started his career as an educator in a middle school in Park City, Utah. After completing an MBA he worked for BearingPoint & Deloitte Consulting, where he realized that the key to successful businesses and organizations was in developing really talented leaders. He began watching what good leaders did and then unexpectedly began serving as a sounding board for executive clients, leading him to a career in coaching, training, and team building.
