Our clients often select 4 topics, with one delivered each quarter, or 6 topics with one delivered every other month over the course of a year. Many clients also add-on peer group coaching and/or individual one-on-one coaching between sessions to help participants apply concepts and get support to strengthen areas where they need more development. ​

We also encourage surveying leadership and staff to learn about the domains in which they would like to grow. We provide anonymous evaluations after each training so you can find out directly from participants how impactful the training was and the value they derived from the experience.
